DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We pride ourselves on our meticulous attention to detail, commitment to quality, and dedication to exceeding client expectations.
In the Design Development phase we examine the architectural drawings and the clients needs, goals, and aesthetic through a meeting brief to guide us in creating a concept and material palette. This phase consists of the majority of design; researching, space planning, mockup and 3D presentation, and finish schedules with specifications and selections.
With a background of working in house with construction, we understand the process of the build from ground to finish. We collaborate closely with the architect and contractor to bring realistic timelines, expectations, and finishes to every project.

This phase will take our team a baseline of between 15-20 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. Though, designs evolve throughout the entire process, so our team will be onboard from architect start, through contracting, and final installation of furniture acting as project managers to answer any RFIs, scheduling subcontractors, deliveries, and makings sure the project is on track to finish on time.
FURNITURE PACKAGE
At Steadfast Interiors, we take the stress out of furnishing your space by managing the entire furniture package from concept to installation. Our approach blends thoughtful design, practical planning, and rigorous project management so your space looks cohesive, functions beautifully, and stays on budget.

In this phase, we begin with a focused kickoff to understand your priorities, lifestyle or brand, budget and schedule. Similarly to the design development phase, this phase consist of researching, space planning, mockup and 3D presentation, and finish schedules with specifications and selections.
We provide on-site supervision that guarantees correct assembly and placement. Final styling brings the design to life with accessories and finishing touches for a finished space that reflects your vision; beautiful, functional, and move-in ready.
